Welcome to So You Think You Can Cook! I am VERY excited to have this site and it is going to be like a personal but way more cooking blog! I know there aren’t too many recipes on the site, but that will change soon!

Today I made homemade pasta (for one).I will post the recipe soon, and that recipe will be enough for at least 4 people. It was delicious, and wonderful tossed with a divine sauce.

First I combined the ingredients needed for the pasta (water, flour, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder) and put it on chopping board dusted with flour

Then I used my hands and pressed down to form a  nice circle

Then I cut the pasta  into nice squares and boiled it for about 5 minutes (fresh, homemade pasta) doesn’t take as long as dried pasta to cook

Then I sautéed the pasta with garlic, garlic powder, onion, onion powder, dried oregano, a pinch of salt, butter, and olive oil
